Trissential is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our client team in Milwaukee, WI. The position is primarily remote, yet it is crucial for the candidate to be within driving distance of Milwaukee, WI to attend occassional in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Trissential is seeking an Associate Project Manager with technical understanding of the software development life cycle. The successful candidate, under the direction of the Director of Product Development, will assist with strategic planning, process design and systems analysis for the projects to which they are assigned. With prior software development experience (even if classroom experience) and understanding, the Associate Project Manager will work with both technical and non-technical teams and focus on helping the Senior Architects keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with strategic planning, process design, and systems analysis for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product Development to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals.
• Support Senior Architects in keeping projects on track and moving forward by facilitating communication and resolving issues.
• Engage with both technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements, provide guidance, and foster collaboration.
• Utilize technical understanding of the software development life cycle to contribute to project planning and decision-making.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities for process improvement, and propose solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and progress reports, to ensure clarity and accountability.
• Adapt quickly to changing project priorities and requirements, while ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years technical project management experience.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
• Scrum certification highly preferred.
• Experience in ASP.NET, VB.NET, HTML5, CSS and Java Script / JQuery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel, for consistently formalizing documentation for new projects and applications.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

Benefits

Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 based on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; three weeks PTO; and 401k retirement savings.
