Overview:
We are seeking an experienced General Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with architects and owner representatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This individual would also manager a Site Superintendent.

• Experience: You possess site engineering/management experience and have a background in estimating.
• Plan and Specification

Qualifications:

• Field Experience: A minimum of 5 years of field experience is required.
• Construction Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license in good standing is mandatory.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in estimating is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and owner representatives to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Communicate project progress and any issues to stakeholders promptly.
• Utilize computer software to manage project schedules, documentation, and communications.
