Accounting Office Manager -

Bright and energetic team player needed for well-established construction company. The primary purpose of the role is to lead the day-to-day accounting functions of the organization and oversee general office communications and relationships. Will interact and assist clients and staff while maintaining the company's excellent reputation!

Primary Accounting Responsibilities:
All aspects of general accounting for a medium size local business
Accounts receivable, accounts payable
Payroll for about 30 staff members
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Customer invoicing and money collection
Customer material allowance summaries
Monthly tax payments
Insurance audits and oversight
Time card management
Employee benefits management (401k, vacation, holiday, raises, employee reviews, etc..)
Other miscellaneous duties to work with staff on job profits, materials, etc.

Primary Office Management Responsibilities:
Work with staff on daily processes
Scheduling of staff and client projects (with production team)
Invoicing of clients
Project summaries
Client satisfaction
Project photos
General marketing (FB, Instagram, Print ads, etc..)
