Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service? Are you a relationship-builder who loves working in a fast-paced environment? Look no further – we want YOU on our team!
Join us as a Client Services Coordinator. You’ll be the first point of/contact for our clients, providing them with lightning-fast support, and one-touch resolutions and guiding them through any issues like a pro. You’ll ensure each client feels like they're our top priority because, to us, they are!
Your focus
  • Master the art of efficient and relationship-focused case management to drive client satisfaction.
  • Unleash your problem-solving powers to interpret client issues, efficiently disposition cases, and escalate to other teams when needed.
  • Keep your super-sharp organizational skills in play as you manage multiple cases and prioritize resolutions.
  • Use your high degree of customer empathy and patience to connect with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
Is this you?
  • 2-3 years' experience in customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with automotive warranty contracts (a huge plus!).
  • Tech: Salesforce – nice to have!
  • An associate degree or related experience.
  • A natural collaborator with the ability to make high-quality decisions.
  • Stellar communication skills with a focus on end goals.
  • Process rigor and attention to detail.
