Client Services Specialist

Description: This position conducts home visits as in-person consultations, intakes with new clients, as well as supervisory visits to ensure that clients’ needs are being met and requested services are being delivered appropriately. Client Services Specialist is a support role for clients, families, as well as the administrative team.

Reports To: Administrator

Primary Duties:

• Schedules/conducts home visits to ensure that caregivers are following the service plan and are performing their duties properly.
• Meets with new clients to complete intake paperwork and provide orientation to services with Assisting Hands®.
• Responsible for ensuring that the required supervisory visit schedule is followed and up to date.
• Conducts caregiver training on the job as needed.
• Brokers resources to families and helps with care coordination/case management of new clients and new client families.
• Assists in the office with clerical duties, answering the phone, scheduling, etc.
• Participates in occasional marketing activities such as health fairs, conference exhibits, etc.
• Assists with employee retention projects and other projects within the office as directed by administrator.
• Participates in on-call rotation
• Performs some executive assistant duties as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
