West Lynn Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned, AAHA certified, small animal practice in Central Austin. We are located in a very pet centric neighborhood with amazing clients.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our CSR team with daily operations including client communication, appointment scheduling, taking payments, filling medications, clerical work, and being a liaison between Dr.s and clients.

Typical work week is M-F (4 - 8.5 hour shifts and 1- half shift) for full time employment. We are closed most major Holidays with Holiday pay, offer PTO, health, and dental insurance for full time employees. We provide CE and additional training opportunities. Each team member is required to complete Fear Free Certification (West Lynn covers costs) after the 90 day training period. We also offer generous discounts off services and goods for your personal pets. We are a tight knit community with 2 full time Drs. and relief vets that help us fulfill our appointments.
