i360 is Hiring an Office Manager Near Arlington, VA

i360 is seeking an Office Manager in Arlington, VA to support the organizations office daily functions. Along with managing the general office operations the Office Manager will be responsible for scheduling and calendar coordination, for leadership team, welcoming any office visitors, coordinating general IT needs, working closely with the building on office functionality, and maintaining all office supply orders. The ideal candidate is passionate about i360's mission and versatile in administrative skills, organization, scheduling, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while integrating a high degree of attention to detail and organization.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Possesses a positive, friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Passion for promoting free market issues.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

  • Manage scheduling for company President and senior leadership team
  • Provide operational support for daily office functions ensuring any issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
  • Organize and prepare in office meetings including catering and logistics
  • Serve as main office point of contact for visitors of a busy organization.
  • Manage rapidly shifting priorities in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Communicate effectively with other internal departments and outside clients on functional needs.
  • Liaison with building operations, recruiting team and IT support on needs and scheduling.
  • Manage new employee onboarding ensuring all employees have appropriate supplies and equipment.
  • Plan and execute company-wide events including monthly all hands and holiday party
  • Manage office supply orders and inventory.
  • Own mail, deliveries, invoices and essential documents

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Demonstrated professionalism and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office specifically Outlook
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail.
