Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Duties:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct warm calling to follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads and sales activities
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to close sales deals
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote products
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inbound or outbound sales, preferably in technology sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with customers
- Proficiency in CRM software, Salesforce experience is a plus
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a bonus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
