Overview
Sells Company's PEO products and services by developing existing Paychex clients relationships and increasing the PEO client base to increase profits in the National PEO Services Sales organization.
Responsibilities Sells PEO products remotely in order to service prospect country wide and to increase sales and profits.
Presents PEO products and services to final decision-makers and end users within the prospect universe to increase sales and profits.
Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes Partners with the COA (client onboarding ambassador) to ensure a successful onboarding to the PEO.
Expediting the resolution of client problems or complaints to facilitate a positive onboarding experience. Analyzes the HR Services client needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate in order to refer them to the appropriate party when necessary.
Expedites the resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure client satisfaction and that issues are handled properly.
Completes and submits accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management to ensure information is provided timely.
Develops technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge to ensure the company a leader in the market place. May be required to travel outside of geographical territory for purposes of attending Conference, training sessions and / or area regional or national meetings.
Acts as role model and mentor for newer team members Participates in projects and strategic initiatives as a subject matter expert Qualifications Bachelor's Degree - Preferred 3 years of experience in Outside sales and / or Paychex PEO experience.
3 years of experience in Experience with employee benefits, HR, and / or training helpful. . Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay for this position is $72,000 annually commission.
Please keep in mind that this is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
