Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This is a key leadership role within our hotel, and we are looking for someone with strong hospitality management skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, guest services, and concierge services
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain hotel occupancy levels and room availability
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
- Utilize phone systems and other communication tools effectively to handle inquiries and reservations
- Foster positive relationships with guests to enhance their experience and encourage repeat business
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is required
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant technology
