Job Summary

Seven Hills seeks an Office Coordinator at its Bloomington Campus for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a fulltime, 1.0 FTE, position and includes a competitive salary, insurance benefits, and 403b option. The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000. Experience and familiarity with charter public schools is advantageous, knowledge and appreciation of the Classical education model is ideal, and a working base with technology especially Google applications and Infinite Campus is preferred.

The primary duties of this position are as follows:

 Reports to the Principal and meets regularly with the Office Team to review and assess office procedures and operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and professionalism

 Models the school’s mission, vision, and values, and is committed to creating a positive, collaborative, and productive environment in which to lead the office team

 Coordinates all office-related operations and personnel including:

o Processing of invoices and vendor payments

o Submission of credit card backups and receipts

o Submission of approved employee timesheets

o Processing of new employee paperwork

o Processing of employee benefit plans

 Works closely with the Richfield Campus Office Coordinator to ensure LEA office operations remain organized, prioritized, and timely

 Manages staff absences by maintaining updated and accurate PTO documentation and securing substitutes

 Cooperates closely with the office staff on office-related communications, equipment, and reports in addition assisting with school and campus services and special events

 Maintains Infinite Campus data base administration in collaboration with office staff to ensure student information is accurate, up-to-date, and continually maintained

 Assists the MARSS Coordinator by ensuring files and date are accurate, organized, and current in relation to MARSS, Bus Transportation and Food Service reports. Coordinates transportation in partnership with the Bus company to ensure safe, convenient, and efficient routes according to schedules kept updated and current

 Facilitates the ordering and efficient use of office resources and supplies and monitors office technology and schedules tech support with the Tech Coordinator as necessary

 Assists the Principal with school and facility operations and transactions and serves as a liaison as necessary or requested with vendors, contractors, and other personnel

 Prioritizes office coordination efforts, establishes organized office procedures, and communicates regularly with the Principal regarding the status of projects and tasks
