The Opportunity

Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Product Analyst to join our Product Management team where you’ll join a team of global field professionals who love what they do. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Global Hotel Operational Services team where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role

The Product Management Analyst advocates for our hotels to ensure that technology does not hinder our colleagues from providing efficient service and meaningful experiences to our guests. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for prioritizing work, projects, and services that interact with core operational platforms. This includes vendor management, collaboration with internal Hyatt stakeholders, being responsible for evaluating organizational needs, and recommending suitable business and technical solutions to assist hotels. Additional responsibilities include defining new solutions to support operations and documenting new system implementations. This position will focus on the Medallia Concierge and Sertifi platforms and report to the Manager of Product Management & Deployment.

  • Define performance objectives and determine acceptable use of applications.
  • Accurately represent business needs to the project team for hotel delivery and colleague adoption.
  • Document and execute the design of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases and scenarios.
  • Provide recommendations for procedural improvements toward existing and new solutions.
  • Apply subject matter expertise in evaluating business operations and processes during the product or procedural investigation.
  • Overseeing standardization of applications supporting business needs.

Qualifications

Experience Required:

  • 5 years of experience in hospitality management, Guest Reception, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Reservations, or Recreation with experience with hotel application usage and business impact.
  • While not a traveling job, this role could require travel globally for meetings and to champion the support of our hotel operations.

Experience Preferred:

  • Experience with Opera PMS, Colleague Advantage, HotSOS, Medallia Concierge, Sertifi, Credit Card processors
  • Demonstrates qualities as a leading subject matter expert in technical solutions used at the hotel
