Humble Pie is a neighborhood restaurant offering chef-driven American dishes at The Interlock on Atlanta’s Westside. Our lunch and dinner menus feature vegetable-forward share plates, creative wood-fired pizzas, a nice selection of entrees, artisanal pies, and ice cream for dessert. In order to alleviate pay disparity and provide a livable wage for the crew doing the hard work behind the scenes, we give all our hourly kitchen staff 3.14% of all sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant

• Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions

• Respond to complaints and help to resolve them

• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer any questions

• Help out with other positions in the restaurant as needed

• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Help guests with reservations and guide them to their table

• Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates and seat them in the waiting area

• Optimize seating at different tables to ensure an even workload for wait staff

Required Skills/Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED

· Prior customer service experience

· Positive attitude and interpersonal skills

· Good communication skills and phone etiquette

· Flexibility when working alternating shifts

· Ability to stand for long periods of time
