**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a friendly, well groomed and Guest-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality services in a restaurant or hotel setting.

**Duties:**

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and escort them to their tables

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand area

- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred

- Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations effectively

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $14.41 - $15.95 per hour
