Vohra Wound Physicians is hiring a Vice President of Business Development in Miami, FL.
 
The Vice President of Business Development is the key leader and supporter of the company’s Business Development function. The VP of Business Development is responsible for meeting corporate sales goals, developing resilient long-term relationships with clients, and nurturing future business development leaders. The VP of Business Development is a senior member of the company’s executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
• Manage sales team and corporate sales team towards exceeding goals and objectives
• Identify, design, develop, and implement strategies to achieve Business Development goals, company goals, and the company’s mission
• Partner with Client Relationship Management team and Corporations to increase the company’s revenues and client base
• Identify potential strategic partners, alliances, and relationships
• Influence services or suggest new services to fulfill client's needs
• Develop and maintain high-profile external relationships with clients
• Increase client base and add to existing client profitability
• Monitor Business Development team performance, quotas, and activity
• Introduce efficiencies, automation, optimization of processes, and introducing new processes
• Provide sales coaching to all team members

Job Qualifications:

• 10 years of progressive sales experience

• Demonstrated track record of building business 

• Experience leading teams of sales and business development professionals

• Bachelor's degree preferred
