Under the general direction of the Administrative Director, and in collaboration with the Chief of Laboratory Medicine and Section Medical Director, leads, manages, monitors, implements, and supervises the testing quality and compliance standards in the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at BMC and for affiliated community health centers (CHCs) as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology clinical Lab Science, or an applied Science
- Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Microbiology Lab
- Preferred: Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) in Microbiology.
Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year
