POSITION SUMMARY:
Prestigious National firm seeks an industry-experienced professional to oversee luxury class-A properties in Downtown Dallas. A minimum of five years of residential multi-property supervisory experience is required, along with excellent communication skills. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the local market, the ability to market/lease properties to keep up with market trends, and the skillset to recruit and manage site teams and communicate regularly with Owners and Corporate Staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to achieve budgetary goals, including maximizing revenues, controlling expenses, managing delinquency, and maintaining above-average occupancy and rents in a competitive environment, are required
Management of Capital projects, maintaining quality property appearance, oversight of commercial suites in addition to residential units, and developing programs for resident retention are also essential functions
Train, supervise, motivate, and develop site staff
Prioritize, assign, and personally lead multiple sites to achieve occupancy, budgetary, and other performance objectives
Create an atmosphere of enthusiasm, teamwork, service urgency, and customer satisfaction
Oversee all collections of funds due and control and oversees all expenditures
Maintained budget; ensured monthly postings, collections, and financial reporting were accurate and completed timely
Ensure compliance with all department company policies and procedures and any agency-required reporting
Strong skillset in increasing rents and reducing site delinquency; filing evictions and representing the property in court processes when necessary
Direct lease renewal program and property recertification processes to maintain occupancy and resident retention with an emphasis on 60-day advance completion
Manage and maintain resident and employee relations; oversee resident retention programs
We have maintained quality physical products through regular inspections and preparation of units, amenities, and common and exterior areas of the property
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Perform other duties as assigned
