Entry Level Opportunity ~ Training Provided

Our client is currently searching for a unique and motivated individual to work directly with the events and sales team to create a range of brand awareness events / promotional stands and in-store retail kiosks in the region.

As a Business Development Ambassador, your main goal will be to drive both sales and growth. By leading sales initiatives, uncovering new opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Job Overview:
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Proactively identifying customer leads through in-person customer interactions.
• Delivering engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings to potential clients.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
• Establishing and nurturing enduring relationships with key decision-makers in our target industries.
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
• Providing regular, insightful reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A proven track record in business development, sales or a customer facing position is preferred. (Not essential as training will be provided)
• Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with a talent for building rapport and trust (Preferred)
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients.
• Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• The adaptability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly within a team.

Location: Company events and promotions will all be based within the Tampa, region. Candidates will need to be willing to travel to event sites with the team as needed.
