Looking for a professional who currently holds a CDC or Sous Chef role with farm-to-table restaurant experience in a standalone restaurant.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CDC for at least 1 year or Sr. Sous for 2 years
• Union experience
• luxury hotel background is a must, IRD experience is a plus
• Stand-alone restaurant experience is necessary. Farm-to-table concept ideally
• Strong job tenure

Responsibilities

• Flexibility to work in a 3 meal period restaurant
• Able to contribute creatively to a locally sourced, farm-to-table menu (within corporate guidelines).
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
