Looking for an experience multi unit Director of Operations/General Manager for new opening franchise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3- 5 years of multi unit franchise operations
• New opening experience preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of P&L, labor/ food cost forecasting, hiring/training and development

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day operations of all restaurants. Consistently maintain a work schedule that focuses on the needs of the business
• Recruit, interview, hire and develop all restaurant Managers and hourly team members. Conduct new hire orientation for all newly hired and promoted Managers. Ensure hiring, training, and development programs are in place and followed by each restaurant
• Actively pursue ways to retain all team members. Perform regular performance and development feedback for all General Managers. Provide and maintain environment where team members are treated with dignity and respect

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
