Hospital Sisters Health System is Hiring a HRIS Analyst Near Springfield, IL

Summary

Under general supervision, the HRIS Analyst assists in gathering and analyzing data, development, support and roll out of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and other supporting IT systems. Assists with optimizing workflow processes through building applications that are tailored to meet the organization's needs. Demonstrates a working knowledge of HRIS system capabilities and functional use and applies their knowledge of business workflows to assist in the implementation of a system that meets business needs.

This role is 100% remote in our remote-eligible states. We are accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WA, or WI.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or related field is required. High School Diploma or equivalent plus five (5) years of experience in healthcare information technology, human resources, payroll or related experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

Experience

Three (3) years of HRIS Analyst experience or Information Technology, Human Resources, or Payroll experience is preferred. (This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet the Bachelor’s degree requirement.)

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Workday certification in designated functionality module(s) is preferred.
