We are looking for an energetic Administrative Assistant who shares genuine interest and looking to build their career from ground-up.

Your day to day tasks will evolve and might include:

• Co-ordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
• Making appointments and calendar maintenance
• Updating databases
• Document management - printing, scanning, and filing.
• Ordering of stationery, office supplies and kitchen supplies
• Support to other staff members with administrations tasks

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
