We are seeking a talented culinary professional to help lead the kitchen as the Chef de Cuisine for an upbeat local favorite in Salem, MA. This high-volume restaurant boasts a prime location, exceptional menu, and dedication to high-quality ingredients being served in a relaxed, fun, and energetic environment. The ideal candidate will have a high level of culinary skills and a proven track record of managing a successful kitchen operation.
Compensation Package: $80,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience) comprehensive health benefits, PTO, sick time, and 401k!
Qualifications:

• 2 years of Kitchen Management experience
• Proven track record for food safety & quality
• Financial Management skills to include budgeting for costs and labor
• Ability to hire, train, and cultivate a strong team

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations including all events, a la cart, and private catering
• Coordinate all food and supply orders
• Assist in the development of menu items while standardizing recipes and presentations
• Work with management to create a memorable experience for all guest
