We seek a talented Food and Beverage Director for a branded, prominent hotel in St. Paul, MN . This property has an impeccable reputation as a leader in the market.
The chosen candidate will enjoy the ability to lead all Food and Beverage functions for this hotel while being allowed to grow in their career and take on multiple responsibilities for this growing company.
Compensation : $60,000 to $80,000 plus bonus potential, PTO and excellent benefits.
Food and Beverage Director Requirements :
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Food and Beverage Manager
- Experience managing a food and beverage operation for a restaurant / hotel / F&B operation with revenues of at least $2 million.
- Proven customer service skills
- Previous Financial management / budgeting required.
- Experience with QR code ordering is highly preferred.
