HOODZ of Greater Phoenix & Tucson is Hiring an Office Manager Near Tempe, AZ

Job Summary:
Are you a proactive, assertive, take-charge person who likes to attain goals and be rewarded for doing so? We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising staff and processes, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office
- Supervise and provide guidance to staff
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Manage office budget, including tracking expenses, making recommendations for cost-saving measures, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collection activities
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other services
- Handle employee relations matters and human resources functions including recruiting
- Maintain office records and ensure accurate documentation
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees
- KPI tracking and reporting

Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to track expenses and manage resources effectively
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in vendor management and negotiation
