Milhizer Medical is Hiring a Medical Receptionist/Office Manager Near Tempe, AZ

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the medical office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Manage and supervise medical assistants.
- Assist with developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
- Manage front desk: Coordinate patient scheduling, ensuring timely appointments and efficient use of resources, answer phones, assist with patient requests and questions.

- Monitor patient and practice analytics.
- Monitor and manage patient service levels, addressing any concerns or issues to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, utilizing electronic systems such as CHARM.
- Assist with the growth of the business through advertising/patient outreach via regular mass emails and texting, social media, and business to business networking.
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing medical documents.
- Stay current on medical terminology and industry trends to effectively communicate with healthcare providers and patients.

Skills:
- Proficient in using office systems and software to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Experience working in a med spa or other healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional patient service.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to accurately transcribe medical information.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and best practices.
- Experience using electronic medical record systems such as CHARM or similar platforms.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

- Creative abilities/ability to design and draft marketing materials.
