Provide HR support for the West Regionand the Aerospace Engines Site while partnering with cross-functional teams andleaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, employeerelations, organizational development, compensation, and talent management. Youwill utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resourcesprinciples with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with peers and COEs across the company to plan and implement various initiatives and processes
  Support business groups by providing their teams best-in-class employee experience and effective delivery of HR programs
• Drive organizational effectiveness
• Succession planning and talent development/retention
• Analyzing data to drive critical business decisions
• Employee investigations & Employee relations
• Workforce Planning & Manage Talent
• Utilize broad spectrum of HR metrics and people data to drive decisions
• Build relationships, provide administrative support and broker services
• Support employee engagement activities
• Act as a coach and confidant
