*Human Resources Professional**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and possess strong knowledge in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Administer and execute various human resource programs, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and leave management.
- Handle all administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance by meticulously entering data into HR information systems.
- Address employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex matters to the appropriate staff.
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and maintenance of the employee handbook, contributing to policy development.
- Manage employee leaves and accommodations, maintaining accurate internal records and conducting regular audits.
- Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
- Establish and maintain the accuracy of employee records, ensuring compliance with policy and regulations.
- Participate in projects as assigned by the Human Resources Director, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
- Develop, execute, and evaluate innovative employee communications campaigns and materials across multiple channels.
**Requirements:**
- Associate Degree (or equivalent job experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; experience with Employee Engagement programs preferred
**Skills and Abilities:**
- Working knowledge of local, state, and federal employment-related regulations and ordinances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- 95% of work is accomplished indoors and in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities.
- Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a computer.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Use hands to finger; handle or feel; talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders.
- Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
