Here's what you'll be doing...

• Provide leadership and direction to the client care team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Oversee client inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their performance and professional development
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and mutual respect

You're the perfect fit if you have...

• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer service or client care
• Experience in the senior care/healthcare industry (preferred)
• CNA, LPN, or RN certification/license (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
