We are seeking a self-motivated Director Of Nursing to lead the licensed and non-licensed staff who provides health care services to residents In- Home. Duties:
- Mail out PDN Mars each month
- Audit Nursing Notes
- Manage Physician Book
-Supervises all nursing services offered by the Home Care Agency.
-Client Opens, In- Home Caregiving and Private Duty Nursing
-Training to New Hire Staff (In office)
- Maintains OSHA and HIPPA Practices
- Assist Director Of Home Care Services with task
- Ensures Compliance with all State, Federal, and local laws regarding licensure and certifications of staff. Practices safety, environmental, and/or infection control measures.
- Assigns appropriate staff level to nursing cases
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Previous experience in nurse management or leadership role
- Knowledge of In-Home health Care and Private Duty Nursing (preferred)
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare systems
- Experience supervising staff and managing department operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
