Responsibilities:
The Food & Beverage/Kitchen Manager will be responsible for all members of the culinary team, scheduling back-of-the-house staff, ordering, managing food inventory, training, and developing the culinary team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Scheduling Food & Beverage staff
Cooking and prep work
Maintaining Departmental Payroll
Working with the sales team regarding banquet events
Monthly inventories
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of food & beverage management experience
