Hole In The Wall is an Australian inspired cafe and bar with multiple locations throughout Manhattan offering a fresh and seasonally charged menu from brunch - dinner alongside a specialty coffee and inspired cocktail offering.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energeticBarista/Serverto work closely within a strong cultured team. The ideal candidate will be warm, welcoming and passionate about delivering an excellent experience (and espresso!) to all of those who step through our doors. We look for people that have a team first mentality, are open to learning new things (and sharing your experience with others!), and genuinely care about delivering a great experiences to our guests. We truly believe that every great day starts with a fresh cup of coffee and ends with a perfectly crafted espresso martini.

As the Barista/Server you will:

• Create and serve a variety of espresso based drinks (lattes, capuccinos, flate whites, americanos macchiatos, and more!)
• Weigh and dial in espresso shots
• Ensure top quality execution of all beverages (hint: latte art!!!!)
• Maintain, clean/sanitize and trouble shoot issues with the espresso machine if need be 
• Greet and interact with guests, creating an environment that is friendly, positive and down to earth
• Take food orders, run food/drink to tables and bus/reset tables 
• Share knowledge and suggest menu items to our guests
