Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Stewards Senior Leadership stakeholders to define Program requirements and manage Program implementation schedules.
- Partner with Business Stewards to identify improvement areas, business transformation opportunities and define Program objectives.
- Help Program Leadership team in executing large programs and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the cultural shift providing proactive alignment to tactical and strategic goals for Enterprise Information Architecture group.
- Experience leading and supporting technology teams in the delivery of business outcomes.
- Strong presentation development skills including ability to distil many data points and processes into concise summaries with detailed illustrations and examples.
- Act as a liaison between Business and Technology teams and ensure key communication between stakeholders to achieve Business outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of Program Management, Project Management, Tech Leadership
- Associate's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Presentation skills
- Business Architect experience
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
