Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential business clients, primarily SMB installation companies, to promote and sell our EV charging solutions.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers within installation companies, electrical contractors, and property managers.
Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the EV charging industry.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our charging solutions.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale follow-up.
Regularly update and maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and activity logs in the CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements
Qualifications:
2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the renewable energy, clean technology, or EV charging industry.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong understanding of the electric vehicle market, charging infrastructure, and related technologies.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking leads and managing the sales process.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
