Job ID 19805 – HRIS Analyst

Location: Fully remote - Florida

Type: Contract, 6 months with possible extension

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Job Description:

• Manage production support requests and escalations with various stakeholders including vendors, internal departments, and business partners.
• Handle support requests such as granting security access, managing timeclocks, modifying existing reports, resolving workflow errors, and troubleshooting general issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the UKG vendor for support case management while ensuring data integrity in HR systems.

Requirements:

• At least two to three years of HRIS and UKG (Pro, Recruiting, Onboarding, WFM, Cognos BI Reporting People Analytics) experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required.
• Drug screening required.
