Daily Tasks:

• Manage multiple entities.
• Perform account and expense analysis.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Post accrual entries and journal entries.
• Prepare business license reporting.
• File annual tax renewals.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Support month, quarter, and year-end close process.
• Assist with reporting accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed

Your Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive Accounting Experience.
• Experience managing multiple entities.
• Highly detail oriented with strong, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and Logic Functions.
• Knowledge of finance, budgeting, cost accounting, cost control principles, and GAAP principles.
• Ability to make fiscal projections based on historical trends, anticipated changes and/or goals.
• Excellent organizational and follow through skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as an active participant in a team environment.
• Must possess a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
