As an International Patient Liaison you'll be the first point of contact for patients seeking healthcare services!

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Location: Onsite in Boston, MA (1 day remote)

Salary: $25-35/hour

Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Acts as primary point of contact for international patients and families, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care
• Manages cases, planning all inpatient and outpatient care with providers for consultation, diagnosis, and medical procedures
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between various stakeholders
• Manages the full cycle medical services for international patients
• Develops and maintains resources for patients
• Serves as on-call, after-hours contact to provide international patients assistance with the coordination of medical care
• Assist in resolving conflicts or issues that arise

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Mandarin/English
• Administrative/customer service experience within a healthcare setting required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with different individuals and groups
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
