Greet our guests and welcome them to return for future stays, while providing them with prompt and courteous service. What will you be doing?
- Check guests in and out of their rooms.
- Respond to guest requests and handle guest issues.
- Answer guest questions.
- Other duties as assigned.
What do you bring to the role?
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Must be available to work weekends
