Hill International is Hiring a Billing Coordinator Near Philadelphia, PA

We are seeking to employ a Billing Coordinator in Philadelphia, PA, in the Corporate Finance department.

Member of Corporate Finance staff in charge of recording and tracking domestic revenue reporting directly to the Billing Supervisor. This position is responsible for ensuring that revenue and project related billable expenses are properly being recorded for domestic operations on a monthly basis in accordance with US GAAP and appropriate company revenue processes. Working collaboratively with Project staff, Managers and Executives across the United States, this position will coordinate the preparation, assembly and distribution of Domestic client invoicing, ensure proper application of daily cash receipts, and work with project staff to answer, identify and mitigate questions and issues.

  • Provide accurate and timely invoicing in accordance with client contract.
  • Enter accounting transactions daily.
  • Enter Employee timesheet corrections.
  • Set up new Projects in accordance with contract terms.
  • Identify and locate missing contract information.
  • Assist with general billing inquiries.
  • Work directly with Project Managers and regional VPs on client invoicing and project maintenance i.e., project rate changes.
  • Additional related duties as assigned.
  • One to five years of invoicing experience time and materials billing a plus.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • SOX experience a plus.
  • Degree in Accounting or related field a plus.
  • Deltek experience a plus.

**Salary range is $45k to $50k depending on education, skills, and experience**
