About the job - The Operations Assistant position involves supporting team operations by making deliveries, picking up supplies, assisting colleagues, and providing administrative help. The role requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, physical - heavy lifting abilities, and effective communication skills.

Location: Homebase will be in the Heritage Signs & Displays' Charlotte, NC Facility at 2739 Interstate St

Schedule: The typical hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Make deliveries to clients and team members in the field.
  • Pick up materials and supplies from vendors. This is physical, fast-paced, involves lifting, lowering and carrying packages and substrates that weigh may weigh up to 60 lbs.
  • Make runs to support team members.
  • Assist with a variety of office tasks
  • Support administrative team members with internal tasks.
  • Maintain a positive and dynamic attitude.
  • Seek opportunities to go the extra mile and add value.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
