Customer Service for a busy printshop, knowledge of Adobe Suite , promotional items and embroidery production a plus.
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience for customers requiring print, design, marketing services. Our ideal candidates will have the ability to build solid relationships that aide in the positive experience for our customers. We have proven procedures to aide in achieving these goals.

responsibilities include:

Learning our quoting system and returning quotes in a timely manner.

The follow up of proofing process.

Sending orders to our dealer network.

Working with our customers via phone, email and in shop.

Knowledge of promotional products and ASI a plus

Knowledge of embroidery production a big plus

Looking for the right person to join our team.
