**Job Overview:**

Heritage Lock is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and possess excellent communication skills. If you are customer-focused and enjoy assisting others, we would love to meet you.

**Duties:**

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat; answers phones and manages email inboxes to schedule intitial jobs

- Provide information about products and services

- Assist customers with jobs and tracking; works with Dispatch to schedule same-day jobs

- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner; fields customer feedback and elevates to management when neccessary

- Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately

- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or surveys; responsible for folliwing up with customers on open estimates, collecting half down payments and full deposits

- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and provide feedback to the team

- Upsell products or services to increase sales

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in English (additional languages like Spanish is a plus)

- Proficent with computers

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred

- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous

- Locksmith experience is a plus but not neccessary

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
