In the role of an esthetician, you will be responsible for consulting with clients and assessing their needs, making suggestions and explaining services, and eventually performing the treatments. An important function in this role is maintaining knowledge of available services and products in order to promote and sell them. Success in this role will be displayed by ensuring client retention while meeting income goals.

Esthetician Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Complies with Laser Hair Removal policies for esthetics
• Sanitizes and maintains equipment
• Greets clients in a friendly manner
• Replaces sheetings between sessions
• Maintains a clean and professional work environment
• Advises clients on skin care and possible treatments

Esthetician Job Requirements

• Esthetician state licensure
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience
• Excellent people skills
• Knowledge of the different processes and services offered
• Proficient with machines in a dermatological clinic
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality

Pay: $65,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
