Working closely with the Vice President, Resort Operations (VP) or Area General Manager (AGM), this leadership position involves mentoring, training, and supervising directors, and department heads. The GM actively evaluates various metrics to gauge operational efficiency and implements strategic adjustments as needed. Collaborating with risk management and safety teams, the GM safeguards resort assets and guest well-being. Effective communication and leadership skills are integral to providing regular updates to senior management and fostering a positive organizational culture.
