Summary :
Works with department managers to develop and administer a customer relations program designed to ..enhance sales, profitability and customer satisfaction within the dealership.
Receives payment for products or services sold by the dealership.
Essential Duties :
- Greet customers
- Compute customer bills
- Receive and record cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
- Reconcile cash drawer daily
- Answer customer questions about services performed or products purchased
Qualifications :
- 2 years experience in customer service with strong knowledge of the retail auto dealership business.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of service to clients and solve their problems.
- Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
