Geography for the Midwest Division North Sales Manager is Eastern SD, Eastern ND, Minnesota and 2 retail branches in Northern IA.
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans and setting and achieving sales goals. The Sales Manager is tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of sales team members spanning approximately five to ten locations within a division. This is achieved by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets and facilitating on-going training of sales team members.
Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to the designated sales territory. This position requires overnight travel 60-75% of the regular work week.
This employee's primary duty must be the performance of office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of Helena or Helena's customers. This also includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit. You may be occasionally required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
