Company Overview:

General Cab, a pioneering leader in the manufacturing of cutting-edge cooling fans for heat exchangers in the vehicle manufacturing markets, is expanding its operations to Des Moines, IA.

We provide innovative and high-performance solutions to enhance the efficiency of heat exchangers in the automotive, agriculture, power sport and industrial vehicle sectors. As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join us as the North American Sales and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth in the North American market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the automotive, agriculture, power sport and industrial vehicle sectors.

Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the North American automotive manufacturing market.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.

Team Leadership:

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.

Customer Engagement:

- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients and partners, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent job experience in , marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- Strong understanding of heat exchanger technology and cooling fan applications.

- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

- Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
