Job Duties:
- Greet candidates, assist with drug screens, background checks
- Assists employees with basic HR questions
- Verify past and present employment
- Assist with onboarding new hires/onboarding packets/give practice tours/customer service training
- Assist with candidate reference checking
- Review candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Inputs and Maintains payroll system to include pay rate changes, additional pay, direct deposit, taxes, and deductions
- Coordinate benefit meetings
- Enter benefit enrollments and changes are entered in the benefit system
- Ensure benefit deductions are correct in payroll system
- Process employee resignations/terminations
- Basic clerical duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Exceptional customer service
- 1 year experience in Human Resources, Administrative Experience a plus
- Strong computer skills/working knowledge of Excel, Word
- Strong Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
