Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in selling restaurant technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality, driven by the thrill of net new sales and uncapped commissions. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for introducing and selling our range of innovative restaurant technology products and services, including Point of Sale (POS) equipment, Credit Card Processing services, and Equipment as a Service (EaaS) solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential restaurant clients in the designated territory. Utilize various methods such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking events, and online research to generate leads.
  2. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers. Showcase the features and benefits of our restaurant technology solutions, highlighting how they can streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and drive profitability.
  3. Solution Selling: Understand the unique needs and pain points of each restaurant client. Tailor our technology solutions to address their specific challenges and objectives, positioning our offerings as indispensable tools for their success.
  4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with potential clients. Work diligently to overcome objections and secure commitments. Close sales and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  5. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing assistance and guidance to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the restaurant sector. Use this knowledge to continuously enhance your sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the restaurant technology or related industry.
  2. Strong hunter mentality with a passion for net new sales and uncapped commissions.
