Knowledgeable in office procedures and administrative support work. Work involves typing letters, memoranda and reports; maintaining routine files; and assembling and organizing materials used by staff in completing work assignments. Will work closely with Juvenile Justice Program Director to help assist in daily reporting, monthly invoices, preparing for audits, etc. The person in this position will be responsible for a number of functions that directly affect the Center for Developmental Services’ (CDS) adherence to a contract with Health and Human Services (HHSC) policy and procedures. This position requires extensive work provider representatives and private providers. A working knowledge of all available services, supports, and resource options in the community for people with IDD is essential.
